Message from the Artist: The title for this painting refers to not only the gift of healing immunity from mother to child through her nourishing breast milk ~ but Social Immunity for the mother: self-assurance against the breastfeeding Nay Sayers ~ confidence against those who are confused about the purpose of breasts. Thus ~ even though I love the eye contact of a breastfeeding couple ~ I stand content with her confident eye contact with the viewer… ah, the art of breastfeeding.

Each print is signed by the artist in the lower right corner, and enclosed in a protective clear bag. 8x10 and 12x12 prints have an acid free backing board and are shipped in a stiff mailer. 13x19 prints are gently rolled and shipped in a triangular shipping tube.
