We’ve all got those things that make us smile with pride that we found them. In a world absolutely stuffed, stashed & cluttered with products: good & bad, cheap & expensive, low-qual & hi-qual…
When we’ve found something we like, we tell everyone we know, and it feels so great. Here are a few of MY favorite things:
Supracor SpaCells ~ I love these handy, sweet little things. I discovered them after trying out my mom’s Clarisonic facial brush and loving it, but feeling unwilling to drop almost $200 on something to help me wash my face. Folks online were talking about how SpaCells replaced their Clarisonic after their Clarisonic broke. They are $12! Or less if you buy 3. I’m about due to buy a new little set and they make lovely gifts, too.

Teavana Tea Tumbler
Teavana Glass Tea Tumbler ~ I’m on my second one of these lovely little double-walled tea tumblers. I dropped my first one (an anniversary gift from my hubby) onto the garage floor and it shattered. I was so sad. There are few items that I really like, as I just don’t feel kinship toward “stuff” usually, but this is so useful and comforting to me.
And here is one more:
Many years ago I went on the search to find water bottles that were sure to be clean and safe for myself and my family. We drink a lot of water. I came across Klean Kanteen and despite its price, I bit the bullet and bought one for every member of my family. I think it was near $80 all together. The resulting feeling is: one of the BEST purchases I’ve made to date. My 40-ouncer travels everywhere with me and has the bumps, dings and paint scabs to prove it. We’ve lost one of the 4 I purchased (I think I set it on top of my car in Portand and drove off, years ago, yikes!), and we’ve had to upgrade the kids’ lids to a more “grown up version” of sippy lid. We all love our Kanteens.
*side note: I love the word Canteen in general because it takes me straight back to those days as a little cheeky kiddo in the woods with my Daddy and my brothers, hiking and drinking from our plastic, army-sleeved canteens. I still remember the way they smelled, the plastic-y pop of their lids and the shape of them.
Okee Doke ~ YOUR TURN!! I’d love to hear about a few of YOUR favorite things. Come on over to the Facebook Page and share with all of us! You have no idea who you will inspire and how you will help support the companies you love.
Love & Sincerely, Katie
